Use the measurement-based option in any of our tools. For shoes, measure your foot length in cm. For bras, measure your bust and underbust. For clothing, measure your chest, waist, and hips. For underwear, measure your waist and hips. Our calculators convert your measurements to sizes across all brands instantly.
Each brand uses different patterns, fit models, and sizing standards. A Medium at H&M is not the same as a Medium at Nike. Shoe brands use different lasts (foot molds). Bra brands define cup sizes differently. This is why we built brand-specific converters — so you can find your exact size in any brand, not just a generic size label.
Use our regional converters for exact conversions. We have EU-to-US and UK-to-US tools for shoes, bras, clothing, and underwear. Each converter includes complete tables and explains the differences between sizing systems.
Generally size up for comfort, especially for shoes and underwear. For bras, try a sister size (same cup volume, different band). For clothing, consider the fit type — a relaxed fit in the smaller size may work, while a slim fit needs the larger. Check our fit troubleshooters for category-specific advice.
At least once a year. Feet change with age, body measurements shift with weight changes, and bra size can change with hormones. Always measure in the afternoon when your body is at its largest. If something stops fitting well, it may be time to re-measure rather than just ordering a different size.
Our data is based on official brand size charts, verified and dated. Each brand page shows when data was last verified and links to the brand's official size guide. If you notice an error, use the 'Report it' link on any brand page — we investigate and update within 48 hours.
